Is Yeshua (Jesus) God? Part 2

Image
Part Two Why do many Christians believe Yeshua to be not only equal to God but to be God Himself? So after considering the pros and cons of belief in Yeshua as only the Son and separate from The Father  it is only fair to now consider the other side.     Where did that come from if not based solely on the acceptance of the decided result of the ancient Roman empire?  Well, yes, but not much earlier, between 260-270 a.d about 50 years prior, there were writings of a Trinity concept but that's not really evidence of a collective acceptance, it's just one guy (Gregory Thanumatrurgus).  I watched a video on YouTube where this very question was the driving force behind the exposed research.  Did early Christians accept a trinity doctrine?   The greatest research I found was a video found on One God Over All 21st Century Reformation by Sean Finnegan called The Trinity Before Nicaea.  Check it out Https://www.21stcr.org/trinity-videos/the-trinity-before-nicea/ Sean Finnegan mentions

Is Yeshua (Jesus) God? Part one

Part One  Is The Son also The Father?  Is Yeshua ha’Mashiah or Jesus the messiah also YHWH or Yahweh the Father of all creation AKA Elohim/ Almighty God/ The Alpha and the Omega/ The Great I AM/ The Ancient God of Noah, Abraham and Mosheh (Moses)? I am hard pressed to think of another cause of so much passionate debate as this.  Not only amongst Jews  or Muslims vs. Christians but Christians vs. Christians.   This is a heated topic and I want to discuss it with scriptural support but, also free of all the emotion and lack of kindness I see online.   Honestly, it is really disturbing how much tension can be created over this.   First off, is it even that big a deal?  In other words, is knowing this essential to salvation?    Is knowing the answer essential to salvation? Let's consider that, what is essential to salvation (what is salvation while we are asking)? From the very core you must start with a willing heart and mind.  Proverbs 16:18 says it best, “Before destruction: pride

No Fear

No Fear This is not a blog about the SoCal clothing brand with popular t-shirts in the 90s nor is it about Shakespeare.   It is about literally, point blank, having no fear.   As is the format of all my blogs, this is based on a portion of my book Life Life which if interested, you may discover more information about it at www.thewayisyah.com .  In that book, I mention fear as something beneficial as with regard to having respect for Elohim (almighty God) his power and authority.  The Merriam Webster dictionary defines that fear as a profound reverence and awe. The fear I am referring to in this post is the kind of fear we all understand too well. The Merriam Webster dictionary defines that fear as : - An unpleasant often strong emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger. -Reason for alarm. -To be afraid.  Our life on earth as humans is full of the fear that we associate with anxiety, dread, fright, horror, panic, terror etc.   This is the kind of fear we all wish to avoid
